AbbVie reported positive Phase 3 LUNA results for atogepant (Qulipta) in preventing menstrual migraine. Patients receiving atogepant experienced 0.8 fewer migraine days associated with the menstrual period than placebo recipients. The trial also met eight secondary endpoints covering headache burden, acute medication use, functional disability, and cognitive function.
