AbbVie presented prospective real-world data for VRAYLAR (cariprazine) at Psych Congress 2026 in New Orleans. The CReW BP-I study reported significant reductions in depression scores among patients with bipolar I depression, while the ProACt study found that a high percentage of adults with major depressive disorder achieved minimal or mild depression severity. The findings support VRAYLAR’s effectiveness in routine practice and extend evidence beyond controlled clinical trials; the drug has been used by more than 1.9 million patients since its 2015 approval.
