Worldwide net revenues increased 11.2% to $31.992 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, or 9.9% on a constant-currency basis. U.S. revenue increased 9.6% to $23.830 billion, while international revenue increased 16.2% to $8.162 billion on a reported basis and 10.7% at constant currency. Skyrizi revenue rose 27.3% to $9.988 billion and Rinvoq revenue rose 24.0% to $4.644 billion for the six months, offsetting Humira’s 37.2% decline to $1.444 billion from biosimilar competition. Other significant six-month changes included Qulipta up 40.5%, Vyalev up more than 100%, Linzess up 42.1%, Imbruvica down 27.1%, and Juvederm Collection down 3.0%.
