Six-month cash provided by operating activities was $2.978 billion in 2026, compared with $2.764 billion in 2025, while second-quarter operating cash flow increased to $1.270 billion from $1.0 billion. Six-month free cash flow was $2.957 billion, compared with $2.743 billion in the prior-year period, after only $21 million of property-and-equipment purchases. Operating cash flow included $819 million from net working-capital items, primarily growth in unearned fees, and $897 million of stock-based compensation. Flexible payment options, including RNPL, reduced the growth rate of unearned fees relative to GBV by shifting cash collection closer to guest check-in.
