Gross margin percentage increased 520 basis points year over year in the quarter and 580 basis points in the first nine months of fiscal 2026. The improvement was primarily attributable to higher utilization of manufacturing fixed costs resulting from increased customer demand. Favorable product mix across end markets also supported manufacturing economics and indicates stronger capacity absorption.
