Fiscal 2026 total revenue increased 7% year over year to $21,947.4 million, or 6% on an organic constant-currency basis. Revenue growth reflected new business bookings, client retention, pricing, a 1% foreign-currency benefit, $318.3 million of higher zero-margin benefits pass-throughs, and $165.7 million of additional interest on client funds. Interest on funds held for clients increased to $1,354.8 million from $1,189.1 million as average client funds balances rose 7.4% to $40.4 billion and the average interest rate increased to 3.4% from 3.2%. Employer Services revenue increased to $14,831.4 million from $13,883.1 million, while PEO Services revenue increased to $7,128.1 million from $6,690.4 million, including $2,520.8 million of PEO revenue excluding benefits pass-throughs.
