ADP Assist, ADP’s cross-platform generative-AI solution, was embedded more deeply in client workflows and added more than 100,000 clients during the quarter. ADP expanded the capabilities of ADP Assist agents across HR and talent processes, including the recently launched Recruiting AI Interviewer Agent within ADP Lyric HCM, which automates call handling, scheduling, and note-taking. ADP Lyric HCM availability was extended to companies headquartered in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. The company also deployed AI-powered tools across sales, service, and research and development to improve client experience, productivity, and innovation.
