AES extended the termination date of its Citibank revolving credit facility from August 23, 2027, to August 23, 2028. The Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation revolving credit facility maturity was extended from December 6, 2026, to December 6, 2027. The extensions remain subject to customary closing conditions, while all other credit-agreement terms remain unchanged.
