Base commissions and fees increased 4% organically in both the second quarter and first six months of 2026. Six-month organic growth reflected strong customer retention and new business generation, together with continued renewal premium increases driven by both premium rates and exposures. Total organic commissions, fees, supplemental revenues and contingent revenues increased 5% for the six-month period, with organic supplemental revenues up 18% and organic contingent revenues down 2%. Growth was measured across Gallagher’s retail, wholesale and reinsurance brokerage operations.
