Second-quarter 2026 net sales increased 31.1% year over year to $1,743.3 million from $1,330.0 million. Energy Storage sales rose 77.9% to $1,276.7 million, representing approximately 73% of total company sales, as average realized lithium prices increased 60.5% to $19.53 per kilogram LCE and volume increased 11.0% to 65 kilotons. Specialties sales increased 20.5% to $423.5 million, driven by an 11% pricing increase and 8% volume growth. Corporate and all other sales declined to $43.1 million from $260.8 million, primarily reflecting the sale of a controlling stake in Ketjen’s refining catalyst solutions business.
