Second-quarter operating cash flow was $710.0 million and free cash flow was $638.3 million after $71.7 million of capital expenditures. Operating cash flow conversion was 83% of adjusted EBITDA, supported primarily by the timing of an increased dividend from the Talison joint venture and non-recurring working-capital benefits. First-half operating cash flow increased $518.1 million year over year to $1.056 billion from $538.2 million. First-half cash generation also included $131.7 million of dividends received from unconsolidated investments, compared with $67.8 million in the prior-year period.
