Benzinga reported that OpenAI committed to deploy 6 gigawatts of AMD Instinct GPUs. The same report said Oracle pledged to deploy 50,000 MI450 accelerators. These commitments indicate demand from both an AI model developer and a cloud infrastructure provider for AMD’s accelerator roadmap.
