AMD’s aggregate short-term and long-term debt principal totaled $3.3 billion at June 27, 2026, unchanged from December 27, 2025. No commercial paper or revolving-credit amounts were outstanding at the quarter-end. Interest expense was $37 million in the second quarter and $74 million for the first six months. The six-month interest expense increase reflected the March 2025 issuance of $1.5 billion of 4.212% Senior Notes due 2026 and 4.319% Senior Notes due 2028.
