MariTide is being advanced through multiple Phase 3 studies in chronic weight management, cardiovascular outcomes, heart failure, obstructive sleep apnea, switching from tirzepatide or semaglutide, and long-term weight-loss maintenance; three additional Phase 3 T2D studies are planned to start in 2026. Amgen discontinued future development of AMG 513 while continuing follow-up of enrolled Phase 1 participants. IMDELLTRA’s Phase 3 program spans first-line and limited-stage small-cell lung cancer, and its DeLLphi-309 primary analysis indicated that extended dosing intervals may produce durable responses with encouraging survival. Other pipeline progress included completion of enrollment in Phase 3 xaluritamig studies and ongoing Phase 3 development of LUMAKRAS combinations in colorectal cancer and NSCLC.
