Amgen’s second-quarter 2026 revenue increased 10% year over year to $10.05 billion. Six key growth drivers increased 26% year over year and contributed nearly 70% of product sales. Twenty-two products delivered double-digit sales growth, including Repatha at $953 million, up 8.8% sequentially, and Tezspire at $486 million, up 42.1% year over year. Growth in Repatha, Evenity, Uplizna, Tezspire, and Imdelltra offset biosimilar pressure on Prolia and XGEVA.
