Amgen and AstraZeneca reported positive top-line Phase 3 CROSSING results for TEZSPIRE (tezepelumab-ekko) in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) on August 27, 2026. TEZSPIRE achieved statistically significant improvements versus placebo in both co-primary endpoints, including histologic remission and dysphagia symptoms, with benefits sustained through Week 52.
