Amgen reported positive interim Phase 3 DeLLphi-305 results for IMDELLTRA combined with AstraZeneca's Imfinzi versus durvalumab alone in first-line extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer. The combination met its primary overall-survival endpoint and also improved progression-free survival and objective response rate. The collaboration links Amgen's tarlatamab-dlle with AstraZeneca's durvalumab and may support a broader commercial use of IMDELLTRA if regulators accept the data.
