Global Nplate sales increased 23% in the six months ended June 30, 2026, including a $60 million U.S. government order; excluding that order, sales increased 15%, driven by 11% volume growth and higher net selling price. Global XGEVA sales declined 31% in the first six months and 34% in the second quarter, driven by volume declines of 20% and 22%, respectively, and an 8% lower net selling price. Amgen expects accelerated XGEVA sales erosion for the remainder of 2026 because multiple biosimilars launched in the United States and rest of world after the relevant RANKL antibody patents expired. Total other-product sales increased from $1.380 billion to $1.697 billion in the second quarter and from $2.855 billion to $3.225 billion in the first six months, with growth primarily reflecting volume increases for newer products including UPLIZNA and IMDELLTRA/IMDYLLTRA.
