Steinmetz Jackson Wealth Management Group joined Ameriprise Financial’s branch channel from Janney Montgomery Scott with more than $370 million in client assets. The Fort Lauderdale, Florida practice is led by private wealth advisor Kenneth Steinmetz and financial advisor James Jackson. The move expands Ameriprise’s planning capabilities and advisor distribution presence, while separate reporting said a three-advisor team managing approximately $250 million in client assets left Ameriprise for Raymond James.
