Total debt increased to $4.023 billion at June 30, 2026 from $3.277 billion at December 31, 2025, a $746 million or 22.8% increase. Long-term debt rose to $3.823 billion from $3.077 billion following the June 9, 2026 issuance of unsecured senior notes due 2031 and 2036. The Company had $200 million of short-term FHLB advances outstanding at June 30, 2026, secured primarily by $1.1 billion of commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities. Ameriprise had no borrowings under its $1.0 billion revolving credit facility, maintained the ability to increase the facility to $1.25 billion, and complied with all covenants at June 30, 2026.
