Delivery Service Partner Expansion

Amazon announced another $1.9 billion investment in its Delivery Service Partner program for 2027. The program is intended to help delivery service partners raise delivery-associate pay to a national average of nearly $24 per hour and strengthen Amazon’s last-mile distribution network. Amazon said serious crashes have declined by more than 23%, while AI tools including Wellspring and Smart Delivery Glasses are being used to make deliveries faster and more accurate.
