Amazon’s principal liquidity sources are operating cash flows and cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, which at fair value were $123.0 billion as of Dec 31, 2025 and $143.1 billion as of Mar 31, 2026. The company had no borrowings outstanding under its two unsecured revolvers or commercial paper programs as of Mar 31, 2026 and expects cash, operating cash flows, and financing arrangements to be sufficient to meet anticipated operating cash needs for at least the next twelve months.
