Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities totaled $123.0 billion at June 30, 2026, unchanged from December 31, 2025, including $20.4 billion held in foreign currencies. Operating cash flow increased 40% to $45.4 billion in Q2 2026 and 44% to $71.4 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Financing activities generated $10.1 billion in Q2 and $62.9 billion for six months, primarily from $22.9 billion and $82.4 billion of short-term and long-term debt proceeds, while Amazon repaid $12.8 billion and $19.5 billion of debt, finance leases, and financing obligations in those periods. Amazon had no borrowings outstanding under its two unsecured revolving credit facilities or commercial-paper programs at June 30, 2026 and expects additional financing activities during 2026.
