APA is advancing exploration programs in Alaska and Uruguay as potential sources of longer-term production growth. In Uruguay’s offshore block OFF-6, the company plans a substantially deeper exploration well toward the end of 2027 after concluding that the Raya X1 well did not reach the source rock. APA retains a 60% working interest in the block, while partner Eni is expected to fund most of the initial exploration. The GranMorgu development in Suriname remains scheduled for first oil in mid-2028.
