Amphenol generated $2,036.7 million of free cash flow during the first six months of 2026, up from $1,701.7 million in the prior-year period. The Company allocated $614.0 million to dividends and $386.0 million to share repurchases during the period. Capital expenditures totaled $647.1 million, while $10,684.0 million was used to fund the CommScope-led 2026 acquisitions. The acquisition program was financed through borrowings, including $4,927.2 million of net borrowing proceeds, together with cash on hand.
