As of June 30, 2026, Aptiv held $761 million of cash and cash equivalents and reported net debt of $4.6 billion. Total available liquidity was $3.271 billion, including $1.998 billion of unused revolving-credit capacity, and the $2 billion Revolving Credit Facility had no borrowings outstanding. Aptiv redeemed $1.446 billion of senior notes for approximately $1.377 billion in April 2026, recognized a $55 million debt-extinguishment gain, and separately redeemed $401 million of 4.650% Senior Notes for approximately $411 million.
