Aptiv’s total net sales increased to $3.274 billion in the second quarter of 2026 from $3.199 billion in the second quarter of 2025, and increased to $6.306 billion for the first six months from $6.186 billion. Engineered Components revenue rose to $1.800 billion in the quarter and $3.422 billion year to date, while Intelligent Systems revenue was $1.501 billion in the quarter and $2.934 billion year to date. Quarterly Engineered Components growth reflected $54 million of volume, net of contractual price reductions, while Intelligent Systems revenue declined $6 million, including a $16 million unfavorable volume impact. Six-month revenue growth was partly offset by $12 million of foreign-exchange pressure and $4 million of unfavorable other factors in Eliminations and Other.
