APT’s fiscal 2026 year-to-date spreads averaged $4.66, compared with $1.77 in the prior-year period. Management attributed the spread environment to rising associated-gas production, constrained takeaway capacity, and lower demand caused by unseasonably warm weather during the prior winter heating season. Additional takeaway capacity that came online in late June and late July has significantly narrowed spreads, creating uncertainty for the remainder of fiscal 2026 and the next heating season.
