Rate increases across the distribution and APT operating segments contributed $227 million of operating income during the first nine months of fiscal 2026. Residential and commercial customer growth and higher customer load added another $41 million of operating income. APT through-system revenues, net of Rider REV, increased approximately $34 million, or $0.16 per share, driven by higher realized spreads. APT spreads averaged $4.66 in fiscal 2026 year to date versus $1.77 in the prior-year period.
