During the first nine months of fiscal 2026, Atmos Energy implemented ratemaking proceedings that increased annual operating income by $242.8 million, or $238.8 million excluding a $4.0 million excess deferred income tax impact. The company had additional proceedings in progress as of June 30, 2026 seeking $373.4 million of annual operating income, including $273.2 million for Mid-Tex Cities and $37.8 million for Mississippi. The Colorado Public Utilities Commission approved a $10.8 million increase effective July 1, 2026, while Louisiana rates reflecting a $30.3 million increase were implemented subject to refund pending final commission approval. Completed rate cases included an $8.3 million annual operating income increase in Kansas and a $23.2 million decrease in Mississippi, excluding EDIT effects.
