Cash used in operating activities improved to $169 million in the first six months of 2026 from $333 million used in the prior-year period. Working-capital changes used $1.012 billion in 2026, compared with $838 million used in 2025. Free cash flow was negative $471 million after $302 million of capital expenditures, while adjusted free cash flow was negative $575 million after $104 million of cash taxes related to the Aerospace disposition. Cash and restricted cash declined by $720 million during the first six months to $501 million.
