Capital Return Program

BALL Corp · 2026-08-04 · Importance 68 · Surprise 42 · From source text

Ball expects to return approximately $800 million to shareholders in 2026. The plan includes at least $600 million of share repurchases and approximately $200 million of dividends. Through the first half of 2026, Ball had completed approximately $100 million of share repurchases. Management expects repurchases to be weighted toward the second half because free cash flow is back-half loaded and the company did not want to leverage the balance sheet to fund early repurchases.
