Ball is integrating Benepack’s Hungary and Belgium facilities into its EMEA network during 2026. Benepack contributed to EMEA volume growth, while the prior-year sale of Ball’s Saudi Arabian business reduced reported regional volume. Management expects the Benepack assets to be fully ramped, operational and accretive as part of Ball’s network in 2027. The acquisition is expected to push EMEA volume growth above Ball’s long-term 3% to 5% range for 2026.
