Ball repurchased $115 million of common stock in the first six months of 2026, down from $1.02 billion in the comparable 2025 period. The company plans approximately $600 million of share repurchases during full-year 2026. The January 2025 authorization permits up to $4.00 billion of repurchases through the end of 2027, with $2.82 billion remaining available at June 30, 2026.
