Total debt increased to $7.22 billion at June 30, 2026, from $7.01 billion at December 31, 2025. Ball had $1.71 billion available under its long-term multi-currency revolving facilities and $942 million available under short-term uncommitted facilities, with $43 million outstanding under the latter. The company’s $1.50 billion term loan and $2.00 billion of long-term multi-currency revolving facilities mature in November 2030. Ball remained in compliance with its leverage covenant, which requires a ratio no greater than 5.0 times through March 30, 2027, and could borrow an additional $2.40 billion under committed and short-term facilities.
