In January 2026, Ball acquired an 80% capital share of Benepack’s European beverage-can manufacturing business from ORG Technology Co. Ltd. The acquired business includes manufacturing facilities in Belgium and Hungary and is reported in Ball’s Beverage Packaging, EMEA segment.
