An employee at Boeing’s Millennium Space Systems unit in Los Angeles tentatively settled a retaliation lawsuit against the company. The lawsuit, filed in April 2024, alleged retaliation after whistleblower complaints concerning an alleged physical assault by a manager and suspected state-law violations. The employee also alleged demotion and denial of work opportunities after refusing to misrepresent completion of a government project; settlement terms were not disclosed.
