Boeing Defence Australia selected U.S.-based Lite Coms to supply Beyond Line-of-Sight satellite-communications terminals for Australia’s LAND 4140 modernization program. Lite Coms will provide LITE SAT 1.3A tactical terminals designed for secure military connectivity. The partnership expands Boeing’s role in Australia’s land-based command, control, communications and computers architecture, although the report did not disclose contract value or timing.
