Bloom discloses aggregate caps on performance guarantees under O&M agreements of approximately $583.3 million (including $473.2 million related to portfolio financing entities and $110.1 million related to all other transactions). The Company's aggregate remaining potential payment related to these underperformance obligations was approximately $470.9 million as of March 31, 2026. For the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025 the Company made performance guarantee payments of $8.4 million and $11.6 million, respectively. These capped obligations represent a material contingent exposure that could affect future service revenue and cash flows if underperformance occurs or contracts are renewed.
