Other non-operating income was $245.2 million in fiscal 2026, compared with $7.1 million of other non-operating expense in fiscal 2025. The change primarily resulted from $227.0 million of non-cash gains on digital assets. The gains reflected mark-to-market changes in Broadridge’s digital-asset holdings and realized or unrealized gains associated with the Canton Digital Asset Treasury transaction. Canton Coin-related digital asset revenues also contributed $16.5 million to Capital Markets growth.
