Broadridge is expanding AI-enabled products across its franchises, including the custom policy voting engine, global demand model, OpsGPT, BondGPT and trading algorithms. The company is also using AI to accelerate product and software development and reduce the time and cost of onboarding clients, with management citing emerging productivity gains. Its common data ontology and integrated platform are intended to let clients use either Broadridge-developed AI or their own AI for agentic workflows.
