Consolidated debt totaled $15.6 billion at June 30, 2026, down from $15.8 billion at June 30, 2025, after BPLP repaid $1.0 billion of 3.650% unsecured senior notes at maturity on February 1, 2026. BXP also had $1.0 billion of 2.000% unsecured exchangeable senior notes outstanding, $750.0 million of commercial paper and $800.0 million of unsecured term loans. Debt represented 57.03% of consolidated market capitalization, while BXP’s share of debt was $15.4 billion and represented 56.61% of BXP’s share of market capitalization.
