General and administrative expense increased $7.9 million, or 18.7%, in the three months ended June 30, 2026, primarily from $7.4 million of higher compensation expense and $0.5 million of other G&A increases. The compensation increase included a $2.9 million non-cash expense related to the December 2025 issuance of 2025 OPP Units and a $1.8 million increase in the deferred compensation plan liability. Depreciation and amortization expense increased $13.2 million, or 5.9%, to $237.0 million, primarily from a $12.6 million increase in the Same Property Portfolio.
