Blackstone reported second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue of $5.04 billion, up 35.9% year over year. Net income attributable to Blackstone increased 61% to $1.229 billion, while diluted EPS rose 57% to $1.54. The growth was attributed to higher investment income, management fees, private-equity and credit-and-insurance inflows, and increased performance revenues. Blackstone also recently raised its quarterly dividend to $1.29 per share.
