Blackstone Infrastructure acquired a 24.7% stake in Danish independent power producer Eurowind Energy. Blackstone committed up to US$2.3 billion to accelerate Eurowind Energy’s European growth. Eurowind Energy is targeting 1.5GW of new solar PV, wind and energy-storage capacity annually by 2030.
