Blackstone Infrastructure acquired a 24.7% stake in Danish independent power producer Eurowind Energy. Blackstone committed up to US$2.3 billion to support Eurowind’s pan-European expansion. Eurowind targets 1.5GW of annual new solar, wind, and energy-storage capacity by 2030, following its acquisition of EnBW’s Swedish renewables platform.
