International segment net sales in fiscal 2026 reflected a 4.2% decline in organic volume, partially offset by a 3.2% favorable impact from foreign exchange and a 1.7% increase in organic price/mix versus fiscal 2025. Management attributes favorable FX primarily to the relative strength of the U.S. dollar versus the Mexican Peso. The International segment also saw sales declines due to prior disposals, including the earlier sale of Chef Boyardee and the prior-year sale of its stake in Agro Tech Foods Limited (ATFL). These FX and divestiture effects materially affected International revenue performance in fiscal 2026.
