Crown Castle primarily serves large U.S. wireless carriers under long-term contracts generally having five- to 15-year initial terms, contractual escalators and multiple five- to 10-year renewal periods. As of June 30, 2026, the weighted-average remaining contract term was approximately five years, representing approximately $22.1 billion of expected future cash inflows, excluding certain Master Lease Agreement and DISH obligations.
