Crown Castle operates approximately 40,000 geographically dispersed U.S. towers and other structures, including rooftops. Substantially all towers can accommodate additional tenancy either as currently constructed or with appropriate modifications. The company invests in improvements and structural enhancements to existing towers, as well as constructing and acquiring new towers, to support future tenant additions and cash-flow growth. Discretionary capital expenditures were $102 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, predominately for existing-tower improvements supporting additional tenants and purchases of land beneath towers.
