CDW operates in a competitive environment but said it maintained pricing discipline and passed through price increases under its cost-plus regime. Management reported no like-for-like margin pressure; the effect on mix came from larger infrastructure orders, enterprise customers and lower services contribution rather than pricing deterioration. Customers are engaging more frequently and analyzing alternatives rigorously as technology prices rise, while still purchasing mission-critical PCs and infrastructure to meet business and operational outcomes. Enterprise customers are acting faster because of their dedicated technology teams, whereas mid-market and smaller education customers are adapting more gradually.
